Another kick ass website has been launched! www.RedPennies.com
Maybe...if I get a little free time someday, I can finish & launch my "NEW" design & technology for heatherdelong.com. Maybe. Maybe not.
Happy Birthday Kenley! |

The four day week, took it's toll. A 3-day weekend is supposed to be a good thing, and it was...until Tuesday rolled around and I was face to face with a mountain of work. Mind you, I'm not complaining, as I need work to survive in my freelance world, but it's was a daunting list of tasks. Here I am nearing the beginning of a new week, and I feel like my list now lies in the "humanly possible" category. And that is a good thing.
This weekend I had dinner with the girls at the Greenlake Bar & Grill. Buy One Get One Free Passport Cards are a beautiful thing. Saturday I met Kara & her girls at Alderwood Mall. We had lunch, walked around, I played with Ruby, and went to Target on my way back home. I purchased this cool portable picnic blanket, that folds & zips into a cushion...and it's super cute. I also bought "Finding Neverland" on dvd. I love Target.
Lately there has been alot of time & thought devoted to Jay's new business venture, Canapé. Though it's still in the beginning stages, he is off and running with ideas, and I'm sure would appreciate any referrals you could toss his way. |

I hung a flystrip up in the bathroom for obvious reasons (to reduce the number of little flies flying around). I swear if I get my hair stuck in it one more time I'm gonna scream. Seriously, this just as disgusting & disturbing to me as it is to you reading about it. |

You know it's time to post something to your blog, when you start getting crap from your friends about your lack of posts. So here it is. I hope you are happy.
My head hurts.
Okay, so here's a synopsis of the past 10 days.
Jay & I saw Batman Begins at the IMAX. It was an awesome movie, and the IMAX experience made it even better. I saw that Charlie & The Chocolate Factory is coming too...so Sarah & I may have to take an afternoon to see Johnny Depp on the supersize screen. The bigger the better.
I have to say "Happy Father's Day" to my Dad, and "Happy Graduation" to Amy R. because I could not find her family in the Key Arena on Saturday, and I couldn't bear to sit there for 2 hours and listen to speeches amongst strangers.
I went to the Mariners vs. Mets game. You can see what a phenomenal team we have based on their record (sarcasm). But they did manage to pull out a victory that night.
I blew through several episodes of the most recent release of Six Feet Under, and am anxiously awaiting my next dvd.
I found out Sunny is moving to Michigan in like a week. Sad! ...and she still hasn't posted a single thing about it on her blog.
...and I scored a free ticket to the Kenny Chesney concert this weekend! It should be a better experience than the last time I saw Kenny Chesney with Lyn. Whipping, freezing wind at the gorge, and the "crappiest, most expensive, let's sleep in our clothes to avoid cooties, last room available in eastern Washington".
That should get everyone caught up and feeling better. |

I do realize I have been the epitomy of a bad blogger...and for that I apologize. There is alot on my plate as I frantically attack my "to-do" list and watch the hours tick by before Jay & I have to be at the airport to fly to Syracuse. On that note...
Jay's website is completed! AND...we signed a lease for a house in West Seattle. So we'll be moving in when we're back from our trip.
I have tons to do...but first I have to catch up on my "shout outs".
Happy Anniversary Holly & Ryan!
Sunny...you'll be missed!
Happy Birthday Holly (in advance)!
Happy 4th of July to everyone!
